Rajendra Chaudhari is a distinguished leader and innovator with over three decades of invaluable experience in the minerals, chemicals, and surface coating industries. His illustrious career includes a notable 15-year tenure at Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL). Leaving behind this secure position, he ventured into the Entrepreneurial world in 1995.
Mr. Chaudhari's unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with a profound understanding of surface modification, led to the foundation of Novota Thermotech Pvt Ltd. His dedication to sustainable practices is further exemplified by his role as an executive member of the Sustainable Urban Climate Change & Energy Efficiency Development (SUCCED).

Satish Patil
Satish Patil, an IIT Mumbai alumnus with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, co-founded Novota Thermotech Pvt Ltd in 2014. With his strong leadership and decades of experience, he previously founded a small-scale industry specializing in polymer emulsions, producing products such as polyvinyl acetate emulsions, textile auxiliaries, and adhesives for various applications. His leadership has been instrumental in the success and growth of these ventures.
At Novota, Mr.Patil developed a high emissivity coating for high-tension aluminum power transmission cables, scaling it from lab to bulk production. He oversees production, leads product development, and ensures quality control, driving innovation and excellence in the field of functional coatings. His extensive expertise has played a pivotal role in establishing Novota as a premier manufacturer and supplier of custom chemical coatings.

Parag Chaudhari
Parag Chaudhari has over 12 years of rich experience working with various industries like Retail, Oil and Gas, Healthcare, and IT services. After completing his bachelor's in engineering, Parag started his career in IT services as an onsite functional consultant catering to one of the most reputed organizations in the Oil and Gas industry. Given his keen interest in business management, Parag decided to pursue Master's in Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York.
Parag later assumed several leadership roles across reputed organizations, such as Johnson & Johnson and Shoppers Stop, spearheading critical new-age transformation projects throughout the organization. In August 2024, Parag decided to join Novota to manage day-to-day operations, marketing, new market strategy, and business growth.

Novota was founded when Rajendra Chaudhari left his job to pursue entrepreneurship, fueled by a vision to innovate and make a difference in the industry.

Discovered the concept of high emissivity and reflectivity, a game-changer in the field of efficient heat transfer processes.
2001
In a collaborative effort with Mr. S N Patil, Novota spent two years developing Sunsheetal, a revolutionary heat-reflective paint coating that has since become a hallmark of our innovative solutions.
2007
Invited Mr. Patil to form a new company, laying the foundation for a successful partnership and founding Novota Thermotech.
2013-14
Developed an energy-saving product for General Cable, a US-based Fortune 500 company.

Novota achieved a reputation as an innovator in the field.

United States Patent granted for high emissivity curable two part coating for Overhead conductor
